Matt has joined the East Coast Power staff in 2019, coaching at the 15U level. In addition to his work with East Coast Power, matt has coached in Camden, NJ for eight years at both Freedom Prep and KIPP Lanning Square. During his time at KIPP Lanning Square over the past past three and a half seasons, the boys team has been undefeated in over 50 games played, winning three consecutive Camden City Championships. Matt was named Jr. NBA Coach of the Year in 2017 and Philadelphia Coaching Conference Coach of the Year in 2018. During the summer, he runs individual workouts for local players from Camden Catholic, Paul VI, Camden Academyand Camden High, and work the Speedy Morris Basketball Camp at St. Joe’s Prep. Matt has his USA Basketball gold license and also is a NIAAA certified athletic administrator. He overlooks all athletics at two middle schools in the area.
